Returns & Refund Policy
We take every care to ensure your beautiful soft furnishings arrive to you perfectly, but if something is not as expected, please see the Returns & Refund Policy below.
1. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Jampak Studio carries transit insurance to protect customer’s purchases, when products are damaged in transit. However where you have signed for products without outlining any faults or damage then these products may not be covered by transit insurance.
- You must inspect your products upon delivery and outline any faults or damage on the delivery note before signing it.
- You must ask the driver to initial your remarks and if possible, please take a photo of the damage immediately following the delivery.
- You must notify Jampak Studio of any faulty or damaged products within 24 hours of receipt of your purchase: phone (07) 3343 6149 or email email@example.com. Failure to do so will mean the transit policy will be voided.
Once Jampak Studio has received your advice of a faulty or damaged product Jampak Studio will liaise directly with you to resolve this issue.
2. PRODUCTS WITH MANUFACTURERS DAMAGE, FAULT/FLAW
If you detect a manufacturer’s fault with a product you must notify Jampak Studio within 7 days. You will be offered a replacement product if available. If a replacement product is not available you will be offered a similar product at a similar price or a refund. A refund is not available if a replacement product is available. You are not eligible for a refund should a fault not be reported within 7 days.
3. DELIVERY OF INCORRECT PRODUCT
Please contact Jampak Studio within 24 hours of delivery of an incorrect product. Jampak Studio will arrange for the collection of the incorrect product and delivery of the correct product. You will not incur any additional costs in this circumstance. Your replacement product will be delivered to you within the normal delivery time frame for that product.
4. PRODUCT RETURNS
Jampak Studio will not accept the return of products that are damaged by you (accidentally or otherwise) following delivery or are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear over time.
5. PAYMENT METHOD FOR REFUNDS
You accept that all refunds will be provided to you by electronic funds transfer to your nominated account or in any other way decided at the discretion of Jampak Studio.
